Dr. Stephanie N. Perry is the visionary force behind Crown Innovative Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the social service sector, Dr. Perry has a proven track record of transforming service delivery programs and fostering growth. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, operational efficiency, and leadership development.
Dr. Perry's journey began with a passion for enhancing program operations to realize their full potential for excellent customer service. After earning her Master of Social Services from Bryn Mawr College, she continued to refine her skills in the public and private sectors before obtaining her Doctor of Social Work from Capella University.
In 2022, she founded Crown Innovative Solutions. Under her leadership, the firm is emerging as a trusted partner within the social service community. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she has co-authored works, advocated for workplace psychological safety, and become a sought-after facilitator and thought leader in social service consulting. She frequently shares her insights at industry conferences and mentors young professionals as an adjunct professor. Dr. Perry enjoys contributing to the community through various philanthropic efforts when she's not working.
